Sujata Sahu is the Founder of 17000 ft Foundation.
With over 20 years in leadership roles in corporate IT, and as an educator and facilitator, Sujata quit her career to focus on working to improve education in remote villages of Ladakh. Along with her husband Sandeep Sahu, they founded 17000 ft Foundation, an organization that has its sole aim on reaching out to transform lives in remote villages.
17000 ft Foundation has its presence in Ladakh, and in those areas of Ladakh that are remote, isolated and suffer from isolation and neglect. 17000 ft works to improve existing Government schools, better the quality of education in its remotest villages and creates opportunities for exposure and income in villages that are otherwise forgotten.
